What is Rodizio ?
Rodizio is a traditional Brazilian steak house that distinguishes itself from others with its specialty, the Rodizio. A traditional way of serving savory cuts of fire-roasted meat presented on skewers and carved by your table side.
Rodizio is a carvery literally served tableside.
It truly is a meat lover's dream! More than twelve different prime cuts of beef, lamb, pork and chicken. Lastly it includes the delicious tropical flavor of grilled pineapple with cinnamon served at your table.
At Ipanema we pride ourselves on using our own tropical flavor marinades and mixed spices to give each cut of meat its very own unique texture and flavor.
Our friendly and especially trained meat carvers slice and serve the meat off a large skewer at your table directly onto your plate in true Brazilan style.
Our Rodizio comes with a wonderful buffet featuring mouth-watering Brazilian dishes.
Using your Flipper
Green means "Bring it on"
Red means "Stop for now"
1st Stage- Keep the flipper Green side up, the carvers will keep on visiting the table.
2nd Stage- You always can slow it down or take a break by turning the flipper to Red.
3rd Stage- When you are ready to indulge again, turn the flipper to Green and keep on enjoying.
4th and Last Stage- Remember you are in control of how much your stomach desires. Your Rodizio meal is only over when you ask your waiter to remove your plate.
